Really disappointed in this Vet. Lost all animal records within 12 months of last visit. Horribly unhelpful staff. Never saw the same doctor twice.

Very unprofessional. I brought my cat in because one of his back legs was not working properly. They made us wait for about an hour before they even saw us even with a screaming cat, obviously in pain in their lobby. They claimed they finally got the leg working and he was fine but they wanted to keep him to monitor him for 3 days. Although, they would not allow me to go back and see him because "it wasn't safe." About 30 minutes after I left they called me to tell me that when the vet tech was putting him in the kennel that my cat growled and hissed at the vert tech and just collapsed. They let my family say goodbye to him in the lobby. How unprofessional is that?! And still, they wanted to charge me 850 dollars before we even left.
