Wonderful Vet. Very caring knowledgeable staff. I continued to entrust them with the care of my precious babies even after I moved away. Worth the extra trip back to receive their excellent professional veterinary services.

Today i brought my 14 year old dog to the Buttercup Creek Animal Hospital for a basic checkup and rabis vaccine. The vet tried to talk me into numerous procedures that I had already specified would not be needed. The vet also attempted to make me feel guilty about my decision to only have a basic checkup and rabies vaccination. She used scare tactics to try and convince me that I was endangering everyone around my dog. This clinic also seemed very ill informed about medical procedures and attempted to convince me that I needed to have my dog tested for worms because she is having seizures (which the vet admitted was most likely caused by old age). When I stood my ground it became a outright argument where she became offensive and began to belittle me personally for my protest to her costly and (in my opinion) unwarranted tests. There was no real concern for my pet's comfort (or mine for that matter). I felt as if my pet was only seen as a pile of potential money waiting to be exploited
