The doctor at Rau missed an easy diagnosis on my cat - he had a very treatable condition. My cat died. He did not have to die. Rau charges far too much money for such a poor performance. I miss my cat desperately.

Last Saturday was one of the most difficult days of my life when I lost my beloved Scruffy after a nineteen-month battle to cancer.
My family and I are devastated as we continually wipe away tears and look for our Scruffy which is now forever gone. Saying goodbye to Scruffy was heartbreaking, but the compassion that you and your staff showed to us especially in the end and the realization that she has been in such good, caring, and professional hands during these past years is so comforting and is much appreciated by our family.
Again, many thanks to your entire staff for the love and special care shown towards our Scruffy, for prolonging her time with us until no longer possible, and in the final chapter of her life, giving our furry child a peaceful and dignified end.

Have been clients of Rau Animal Hospital for years but based upon their lack of customer support, attitude regarding their clients time and ability to fax heart guard prescriptions will be finding any local vet practice that understands and values their loyal customers.

Been going there since 1991. Dr Fox, the owner, went through hell and high water to help my 1st dog with a problem. He even took a photo and emailed other specialty vets throughout the country to find a solution and it worked. I try to stay with one vet for my adopted girl since she gets a bit nervous. But all the vets are awesome! I've seen them cry. i spend more than I do at my human doctors, but I have pet insurance and would spare no expense on any of my animals. They are totally awesome.

I think their a little expensive, but with long evening hours, Saturday hours and Sunday emergency hours, the convenience and quality care keep me from looking elsewhere to only save money. Practice has a broad range of specialties; I really feel my pets are seen by top notch, caring doctors at Rau.
