I have been using ssvc for many years, 1st my 2 dogs: shamrock & seamus, now a kitten who was born with a deformed back leg..He had to have it amputated & is doing wonderfully!! Dr Deforge & his staff have been nothing but kind & caring to all of my pets. I would not hesitate to take any animal to them for care.

There is an individual that is practicing WEB TERROR on multiple Internet sites against me, Dr. Don DeForge. I want to assure you that what you are reading are falsehoods written by the same person under different tags. If you read the reviews carefully you can easily see the common threads. Anyone can “stalk” and spread “libel” unchecked on the Internet. For 38 years, I have practiced at the highest level of veterinary medicine. I care about my patients and our mission is quality of care with compassion and pain control. All sites are being monitored and this person will be identified. I thank you for taking the time to understand and read the truth. I am here to help your companion in primary care, urgent care, or as a dentist in my referral practice. We went to this vet. We will NEVER return and we will never recommend this place to anyone. Donald DeForge has false advertised that he is a dental specialist. He is not and never has been. All the dental specialists in the world are listed here http://www.avdc-dms.org/dms/diplomate...
DeForge is not listed because he has not been bestowed the credential by the AVDC. Contact them directly if you do not believe this post http://www.avdc.org/
DeForge is a member of the AVD, which is NOT the AVDC. http://www.avdonline.org/
They have a disclaimer on their site that anyone who belongs to them has only a special interest in dentistry, they are NOT dental specialists.
This man has been reported for vet malpractice, sued 2x (maybe more) and continues to falsely advertise. WHY? He has gone onto websites where customers rate businesses and committed libel against his own clients. WHY? We will never, ever return or recommend him to anyone. BEWARE!

They saved my dog's life last year, but they recently refused to take care of her again for some reason (which if you think about it is a terrible way to run a business.) They seem to focus more on running tests. This is good if you want to be thorough, but bad if you don't have a lot of money to do it. I'd really only recommend them if you have the money to actually do the things they want you to. Other than that, they really seem to know what they're doing.
