Glad I'm not the only one who feels the front desk person is rude. I called for an appointment and was treated quite rudely...I had a sick animal..a little compassion would have gone a long way

I agree that the staff at this vet's office is what is hurting their business. The front desk lady is very rude and has a bad attitude.

The veterinarian is fine, but his office staff is quite unfriendly. I walked in for a nail trim for my dog and was very rudely told I would have to wait half an hour! For a 2 minute nail trim?!? This after I was told previously to just walk in any weekday to get it done. I have had similar attitude on previous visits, so I will be finding a new vet!
