I had a bad experience at the Country Vet. A female Vet from this office, said she was going to take X-Ray of my dog. I paid for the service, and when I ask for a copy they gave me an empty CD. I came back to ask for another copy, and nobody could tell me what happened with the X-Rays. Also they never refund me. I take my dogs to another vet now.

We had a problem with one of our dogs. Dr. Bolton said she was going to take X-Rays. We asked for a copy of the X-rays. But, the CD hadn't the X-rays photos. We asked for them again, but they never showed them to us. Dr. Casale took over the case, he was very nice, but he didn't solve the problem. So we went to see another Vet. He solved the problem and our dog is doing great. We are really upset, because it was not a professional and honest way to take care of your dog patients. We will try to get a refund for the X-rays.

I was not happy to hear that Dr. Yates had left Phelps but I am so glad that he is still here in the area and available to his patients! The new office is small, but I understand it's temporary, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly and his staff were super!
