Competent surgeon when it comes to actual medicine he is conservative to the point of being negligent I have an HCM cat that he diagnosed, when I visited my new vet there is NOTHING in his file about his disease. He had an ultrasound.....but not according to his file. |Very very sloppy work.Not a recommend.

We have take our dogs here for a number of years, and our experiences have always been very good. We find the staff very caring. Compared to another veterinary clinic we went to, we found that Dr. Bob does not rush to order tests at all. He seems to be very practical in his approach, and he certainly explains the pros and cons of different options, and the different costs associated with each of them. We really like it here.

I have been taking all my pets to this clinic since Dr. Bob took over. I LOVE the staff. They are compassionate (we had to get three dogs put down), and I have four dogs right now who are very well taken care of. Peggy and Bonnie are FANTASTIC! Would highly recommend!

misdiagnosed the problem then tried to cover their errors by lying. ended up costing me twice as much due to their error, with no compensation.

Since my vet retired, I have been at a lost with multi-vet clinics to develop a relationship with a great vet. Dr. Bob and his staff are just wonderful. They take time, they care about you and your pet, and Dr. Bob explains everything. Thank goodness we have him in St. Albert.

Dr. Bob is the definition of what a veterinarian should be. He is caring, gentle and very articulate. He makes an effort to help you understand every aspect of something that may be wrong with your pet. The staff are also incredible. They are always friendly and put my dog at ease. This is by far the best vet clinic I have ever been to!

I have had to have two dogs put down and the kind people at this clinic were exceptional. They gave us our time with our friends and followed up with us. They care for our new friends and help us through difficult times and happy ones. I would highly recommend them...they are the best!

these guys are just so amazing. we have been going to them for many many years. they are so caring not just towards the animals but towards people as well. i recommend them to everyone. they are by far the best vet clinic i have ever been to. they put the animals before the money. that's so hard to find nowadays

They are very caring and always follow up to make sure my pet is doing good. He is very patient and calm which is a great asset in this profession!

Cares very much for the pets. Does rush to do a large number of tests however if you take time to investigate ways to rule out items from home naturally, that helps. Vet isn't worried about getting money as much as helping the pet though which is appreciative.

I have taken my dog to 3 different vets and this is the absolute best by far. The vet himself is very gentle and patient with my (somewhat nervous) dog, and very helpful answering questions. They also have the most reasonable prices around. The staff are very caring and nice and the facility is a nice, quiet place. I have only had great experiences! I highly recommend them.

Wonderful staff and great follow-up when there are concerns. I would like it if the vet provided more specific information at our visits. I find I always have to ask lots of questions to clarify his answers as they are often vague. Sometimes I think I can get more information on the internet. He's extremely gentle with my dogs though.
