I had a terribly experience at this clinic. At the time, I had only lived in the area a week. My cat hurt himself some how during the night and he had a pretty nasty, bloody wound on his foot. I took him to this clinic as it is basically around the corner from my neighborhood to see if they could clean him up and dress his foot. I get there and I'm the ONLY person in the lobby. I show the receptionist his bloody foot and she says "Sorry, we're all booked up for the day". I then asked her "So what am I supposed to do with his bleeding foot?" and she says "It's not really bleeding that badly, we can try and squeeze you in tomorrow". I was livid. I have never had such a horrible experience at a vet clinic in my life. The staff is uncaring and unprofessional. My other vet in my old town (6 hours away unfortunately) would have MADE room for a bloody cat. This clinic couldn't be bothered. If they had been busy I would be more understanding; however, they seemed to just simply be lazy.
