There is now a new vet there and he would not give me the medicine my dog was on previously. AND tried to sell me a whole box only of the flea and worming medication. I booked another vet immediately and got great service for my dogs! I will never go back there again.

Our 15 year old dog cried out in pain one morning & we immediately rushed him to Dr Khan. Up until then, Dr Khan had only seen Joey for minor check ups - we were new to the area & he was the closest vet so it was just happenstance...but thank goodness for that, as he would ultimately save our dog and allow our dog to have an extra full year of quality life. So back to the story, we rushed Joey to see Dr Khan & after a week of care, things weren't getting much better & we all agreed that Joey needed to put him down...HOWEVER, after coming to our home for this process, Dr Khan determined that our dog was the tiniest bit better & so he wanted to postpone. Over the next few days Joey became increasingly better & we got another full year of great life out of him. A year later Joey's body started to shut down. Dr Khan was supportive & loving during that time & we knew we were making the right decision.I would recommend him to everyone. He is caring & attentitive & truly loves being a vet!

I visited Dr Khan on a sunday as my vet was closed. My cat Mau, was experiencing head shaking, & sneezing. Dr Khan put her on prednizone and ear drop to see if there was any inflamation ie caused by polyps. I had trouble administering the ear drops and was invited to drop by the hospital 2xdaily for free service. I doubt one would find many clinics offering this service. All phone calls are well received plus the office and Dr Khan himself have called to check on Mau.The office hours are great, especially late night and weekends. Dr's Khan and Singh are gentle, informative and have very caring attitudes. His staff are the best along with any fees which come with discounts. I highly recommend this hospital.

I have been taking my dogs here since 2011, and always pleased upon entering these premises. Staff so friendly, always attentive to your needs, and the care and love my dogs receive. Dr. Khan has a compassion and love for animals beyond words could express. I would never think to remove my dogs to another clinic. The pricing very reasonable as well as discounted days, because for them compassion is caring and providing, it their priority first at this clinic. Dr. Khan did everything he could to save my beloved dog to the bitter end. I allowed for Dr. Khan to perform an autopsy to help other animals and further his findings. The sadness in everyones eyes and face told me thier hearts story ten fold. Dr. Kahn's genuine and heartfelt compassion, and the measures he willing to take to save my boy was more than I could have imagined. Thank you to everyone at Peninsula Animal Crossing for comforting Dodger till his last breath. Thank you Amanda, Jessie, Taby, and especially Dr. Khan.

With over ten years experience in animal care,I have worked for several vets and if you want a vet who is not in it for the money and will work with you to save your pet, see Dr. Umer Khan. I was ready to euthanize my 17yr old Minou as her quality of life was dismal due to chronic diarrhea/vomiting with no positive prognosis in sight but Dr. Khan went above and beyond, asked me to give Minou one more chance. He knew I was ready to let her go and he fought for her, he eventually made a deal with me. I was doubtful yet hopeful, I just did not want Minou to suffer anymore. I am sure that if I was at any other clinic, I would have said goodbye to her that day. Dr. Khan literally saved her life. Months have passed since then and with his care and concern, Minou is living proof that I was wrong. She is doing well and seems happy. Big Thank you to Amanda and Dr. Khan!

They saved my kitty Mittens life. He was having a hard time breathing and they discovered his heart was not beating properly. They were so loving, kind and gentle with Mittens. When they discovered he had a tumor they were very thorough in finding the best way to proceed. Because they took there time it was discovered it was a rare fatty tumor that had punctured is diaphragm. His heart and breathing stopped several times during the surgery but they did not give up. They resuscitated him each time and carefully proceeded. He is like a new cat. He runs around now like a kitten. He is back to being playful and can once again jump from the floor to the windowsill to his and our delight. I would highly recommend Peninsula Crossing Animal Hospital. They love, treat and get emotionally attached to your pet as if it were their own. The fees are excellent as well, I wouldn't have been able to afford the surgery and test anywhere else.

Im a 5 year client seening Dr K for regular care from regular maintenance care, dentals both regulat and emergerncies to 2 very serious incidents with my beloved pups. Last year Rudy had an intestinal block needing emerg surgery and this year Marvin developed disc disease and while playing in tbe yard on day was paralyzes on the hind qrtrs. After 6 wks of in clinic TLC Miracle Marv (his new moniker) walks again!! My pets are never afraid of going to the vet and wag happily when they see their favourite staff. Theyve been honest and reasonable and provided care n finance options that have allowed me to avoid the dreaded decision twice! Ive had good experiences with the caring people at Peninsula. Heather H

My cat's been ill and hiding so took her to see Dr Khan for an exam. He was absolutely wondeful, thorough yet so gentle, I'd even call him a cat whisperer! We're still at the diagnostic stage, but so far I'm very pleased with Dr K's knowledge, not too quick to diagnose or recommend expensive diets or medications, and consulting with specialists on her case. We'll likely be referred to a specialist, but as a general vet, I'd give Dr K a big grade A for being so compassionate and good with cats.

Recently brought my cat in for an eye problem. Twice. After the first visit, the eye got worse, so I brought him back and the male vet was terrible with him! Kept demanding that I keep his eye open for treatment, was very rough with him, and ended up having to bring a second vet in to confirm his "findings" - sent me home with two other prescriptions and I had to pry the directions out of him. The vet told me "two drops" of an ointment (??) I tried to clarify, and he asks "well how much do you normally give him". What? I later decided to pull off the vet prescription stickers off the boxes to read the actual product description, and learned his oral antibiotic was supposed to be refrigerated. I was never told that, and the vet label did not have those instructions. That was a week after giving him the medication. My cat's eye did not get better, and I ended up taking him to a completely different vet office who was able to treat him

had my cat shaved (15 years) as she was bringing up a lot of hair balls...told them she had a very tender back side...when I picked her up, 3 teets were nicked with the razor and also her back leg....I am unable to touch her back side which would indicate there was no TLC involved when shaved...She was under general anaesthetic...called to see who had done this..."I don't remember"....no return visits for me.

1.they seem to be afraid of animals, and get you to hold them for everything. 2.They CHARGED ME $$$ the same amount for spaying her even though they found out she was ALREADY SPAYED and they cut her open for no reason! 3.the female vet LEFT SOME STITCHES IN MY CAT she said she removed (i had to take them out myself because i would never take my cat back there!!!!) 4.it's EASY FOR ANIMALS TO ESCAPE out the front door, or of course get lost and hide in a cupboard like mine did! -i will say one of the male vets was really helpful when my cat had an infection, and the girl at the front is really friendly and lovely... but i would never recommend this "circus". IT WAS A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!

I brought in a 17 year old cat because he stopped eating. I found their huge ad in the yellow pages and went because new in area. The girls were good but the 2 doctors we saw did not seem to know what they were doing, got bloodtests and found panchriatitus. The male dr. gave us antibiotics AND painkillers to take home. I was sceptical to begin with and we had problems admin. medication so let them take him for 2 days. He seemed a little better when he got home but wanted second opinion. Took him to another vet that I'm very comfortable with and found he never should have been given painkillers and antibiotics were way too strong. Also the new guy found a lump by pancreas AND cataracts. How can a vet do a physical and miss these things. I find them extremely incompetent and I would not even go there again to buy food. I would NOT recommend Peninsula Crossing Vets to ANYONE !!

I recommend Dr. Arora for his straightforward & honest advice. I have seen many vets but he is awesome. Few weeks ago when my dog was sick and I was low on funds, Dr Arora helped me out and saved my dog’s life. Recently my daughter’s dog developed a lump and on my recommendation she took her dog to this vet. She was very impressed by the care she received at this facility. The lump was removed and now you cannot tell from where it was removed. Front desk staff is fine though one of the girls seems new and need some training.

Leave the door open to reception, your animal if gets out or away from staff is vulnerable to the front door.

I was at this clinic on March 20 qith my Terriers for a routine check up. Satff was really welcoming. We were seen right at our appt. time-I really appreciated as I had my kids with me too. Dr. Singh was the attending Veterinarian, he is very knowledgable and performed the complete exam for my pets. We had some blood tests done and they called me on Monday to inform me about the test results as one of the dogs have some problem. Charges were very acceptable for the test and the exam. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend Dr. Singh and Dr. Arora for certain.

First I must say I only saw this vet (Dr. Arora) once, because we recently moved and my old vet is too far away. My 21 year old Siamese suffered a heart attack or stroke on saturday night of the long New Year weekend. She was in terrible shape and this was the only clinic that was open BOTH sunday and the holiday monday. Even though this was the first time he ever met us or our Gracie, he was the kindest and most empathetic man when it came to her euthanization. If you have ever had to make this horrible decision, you may know that different vets have different techniques (I found this out the hard way when I had to put another beloved cat down in October-lymphoma-different vet, terrible upsetting procedure). He gave her a sedative and mask with oxygen and anesthetic, and I don't believe she felt a thing; it was peaceful. I am forever grateful. He will be my new vet based on this experience.

Our animals are all well taken care of by Dr Annan. His gentle and friendly demeanor makes both myself and my pets feel at ease. He is proactive in their care and very knowledgeable. I find him to be competent and trust him to guide me in the medical care for all our pets.

This place is probably the cheapest in South Surrey - and sadly, you get what you pay for. The vet I saw was actually AFRAID of my senior medium-sized dog (who is very gentle and VERY slow moving). He didn't even put his hands on her to check her distended belly and was very jumpy with her! I've never seen any vet like him. When I mentioned this, I was told by reception that he was straight out of vet school in India and things are different there. Hmmm. The staff were ok, but the veterinary care was not. It was also somewhat dirty in the actual exam room. If you love your pet, I'd pay the extra $20 bucks and go to another clinic. Seriously.

I will not return to this place again. I do not trust them. Problems with medication bottle of metacam seal opened this happened twice to me. Told bottle may have opened during shipment I do not believe this. Wondering if bottle had been mixed with a cheaper non generic medication. I complained to clinic and still waiting for Dr. Anand to call me back

Dr Anand has an natural affinity with all animals! I have never seen a Dr who cares so much about the animals. He reduced the bill of another client while I was in there with my pets because the owners couldn't afford the lifesaving treatment and he didn't want the animal to suffer. My dog, who has NEVER gotten along well with a vet, seems to LOVE Dr Anand. He and the staff didn't even need to muzzle my dog, which has never happaned before. The prices are reasonable (the cheapest around!) and you get MORE than your money's worth. I tell everyone I know about Penninsula Crossing and Dr Anand! If you have a pet, take him here!
