My dog is dead due to a late diagnosis of a foreign body blockage. He suffered and was in pain for 14 days. I brought him in and was sent home with a dying dog multiple times. Veterinarians are supposed to rule out foreign body within 24-48 hours after dogs exhibit GI symptoms, but NAH only ran the test on day 12, and then delayed surgery for another day. Dr. Krogman told me my dog did not have a blockage when in fact he did and she never bothered to run any test to rule it out. My dog perforated his intestine and died. This facility used to be owned by Dr. Bloomfield. It has been taken over by Dr. Krogman as of 2016 and it is not the same. We always had a great experience before she bought it. I will never bring an animal there for help ever again.

Horrible experience. It gives me panic attacks thinking about this place.

I have worked in the animal field for many years. In California and N.H. I've had to deal with many vet hospitals in many capacities. I must say Northside is one of the best. All the staff is caring and compassionate from the Drs. to the techs,to the recieptionist, and I can say they are all excellent. Most places these days are only concerned with can you pay values. But Northside puts the animals 1st. I almost lost one of my dogs because of that attitude from 2 clinics in Manchester. I am so grateful to have found Northside Hospital because they give 100% car all the way. Proud to sign our names: Susan, Rick, and Ruger

This may not be the most high tech vets office, but they truly care about animals. Dr. Bloomfield is very down to earth and honest. He listened to us and made us feel comfortable and unhurried. He showed concern for keeping costs down and didn't pressure us into anything we didn't need. He specializes in Labradors although he does all daogs and cats and had abundant information that truly helped as labs tend to have a host of problems.
