I own a dog, a cat and some reptiles and I have finally found a vet office that can care for all of them!
The entire staff from the front desk to the girls that take care of my dog when I board him are great! Now when I drop him off he is so happy to see his friends and when I pick him up he seems content with his stay and has yet to have a tummy episode. They know me, my two legged and four legged kids by name.
Dr Lorie has helped me tremendously with my German Shepherd's hip dysplasia. Dr Hargett diagnosed my cat with a disease that went undiagnosed for years. Dr Kim has helped me tremendously with the tons of questions about my reptiles. The technicians are first rate! They have been very patient with my nervous kitty on several occasions.I came across this place by word of mouth.They are all just good people that love animals and fortunately dedicate themselves to high quality progressive medicine.

You check your pet in for a $40 grooming and the doctor decides to do a wellness check, shots, bloodwork, various misc things and you end up with a $200-300 bill. Problem is, they don't tell you they're going to do all of these other things before they do them, and you're stuck with the bill. I'm not the only person it's happened to--I see many people with shocked looks on their faces at check out. But you have no choice--you have to pay the bill whether you approved the services or not.
