Click to report rating    11/22/13 I have been going to Dr. Woodburn for years. I think he is an extremely caring and knowledgeable doctor. The charges are on the high side but not outrageous like Hoffman Animal Hospital in Arnold or South County Vet Hospital in Edgewater. I do not think he pushes tests or treatment when it isn't absolutely necessary. I feel his true interest is in helping the pet more than building the bottom line of his business. More than I can say for many of the Annapolis area vets. RID: 48397
