I hate to post a bad review for this clinic, however the VET really has some listening and interpersonal issues and problems. The clinic feels like it is on its last leg as a business. The VET has a husband who defends his wife the VET regardless of her behavior. I pointed out three times to the VET that she was not listening and instead of adapting to the circumstances at hand, SHE just shut down. I had three periods of ten minutes to wait while she apparently had some kind of a temper tantrum with me. Because of the problems with the VETS listening, my cat got virtually no general inspection, that is basic office call, looking over my cat for health problems. On leaving the clinic, because I pointed out the issues I have written here, the VETS husband told me not to ever come back. And I mean by that that I was told if I came back that the police would be called..So, bottom line, this is not a very good choice for pet care...Rev. Michael Chudzinsk

Our first visit was about $400 for xrays and a short exam. The staff was okay but the dr was rushed and unfriendly. She referred us to an expensive orthopedic clinic and charged us to send them the xrays. On our 2nd visit this vet charged us $84 for 10 minutes of looking at our pet's fractured leg and wrapping the injury. The doctor was rushed. I should have known: the clinic was empty. They have also appear to have lost some of the xrays they charged us for on our first visit. The vet I use now rewraps our dog's inury for $10 and is kind and gentle.

I took my LARGE breed dog here for his basic exam and to get his shots. I was rather impressed with the staff, however the facility itself is not ideal. I am used to seperate waiting areas for dogs & cats, but unfortnately that was not available here. My dog doesn't mind cats, but cats can't stand him. I was given an "estimate" upon my request for possibly getting him neutered, but was blown away by the extras they wanted to charge for. I recently called with a few questions about the new addition to our family, which is another LARGE breed puppy, only she is a special needs girl. I was given the go around about how the doc could do x-rays which would cost $100-$150 and that wouldn't even be conclusive. OK then why do them? I was also told that if I was having second thoughts about adopting a dog who might have "problems" then I probably shouldn't do it, but we did anyways.(We are moving back to California in a week and I plan on finding good vet care again there as soon as we arrive.)
