Dr. Martin is genuine and down to earth. He does not rush from one client to the next and is very easy to talk to. I trust his judgment implicitly. He is patient, listens to patient concerns and will take whatever time is needed to make you understand what your pet needs. He is optimistic and strives to do whatever is necessary to get a pet well but also communicates when nothing more can be done. I allow my pets to see other doctors at MSAH only when Dr. Martin is not available, although all the veterinarians there are excellent and highly recommended. These people care about animals.
