Told us our dog was weeks to a few months from death...cancer and kidney disease. After 8 months, got a second opinion and he is cured! Imagine that...a cure for cancer! Confronted owner and he said they would have never given us a timeline and as for "making him comfortable (to the tune of about $3k), maybe the treatments reversed the illnesses. No offer to compensate part of the costs and no apology for the misdiagnosis. He claimed it never went down that way however, we were consulted about the cremation, the urn, the family, etc. They even recommended someone to come to the house to give him fluids for comfort...which is how we discovered there was nothing wrong with our dog. And finally, while talking to my neighbor who has the same pet, I found out that they told him 2 years ago that thier dog had weeks to months to live. I DO NOT recommend this clinic as they are uncaring and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB too.
