After calling around to three emergency hospitals this one by far made me feel welcome so I went to them. You read these posts on line but I am a big advocate for find out for yourself. My dog was hit by a car and I was a mess. After arriving at All Pets the staff immediately tended to the needs of my baby. This staff is kind and caring and equipped to handle any emergency. Their care and kindness saved my dog. DO NOT hesitate to use this place you will not regret it.

The staff were nice but did not take care of my baby. My dog had to have emergency back surgery. She came through the surgery, but was not monitored closely after surgery. She was on a pain pump and there were no vital signs documented after surgery. She died 4 hours after surgery. They only documented that she was sedated. Vital signs are very important to monitor if there is over sedation. The charge was way too much for there to be no monitoring. The heart break is even greater .i am very disappointed with the care.

My dog had a severe cut on the bottom of her foot between the pads and was losing a lot of blood, so being the weekend I had no choice but to take her to All Pets. The vet comes in and implies that it is only a tiny cut and is very condescending when I said it was gushing blood earlier. I tell him to put liquid bandage on it rather than sutures and a bandage because they would more than likely be torn out and again, he made it seem like nothing. Soon he brings her back and has bandaged it. He did not do what I asked. And then he charged me $25 for a poorly done bandage. The bandage was soaked in blood before we even made it home. When I re-did the bandage even I managed to stop it from bleeding. So I did a better job than the vet and could have saved $127. My boyfriend called to complain and only then did the vet tell us she cut a blood vessel.
