Everytime I was there (which was alot with a puppy getting all his shots) it was never the same Doctor and they made me wait for at least 40-60 minutes and one time EVEN FORGOT ME IN THE ROOM. My puppy had a common puppy ailment and they failed to treat it properly thus resulting in having to take him to another vet who had the problem taken care of in a week! They also didnt read my puppy's chart and gave him the same shot twice and charged me both times. I find them to be below average in knowledge of their field and very disorganized. I have counted 7 Doctors on any given day showing me they would never get to know my puppy to see him progress and treat him accordingly. I would not reccommend this Vet for anything more than getting flea & heartworm medications. But there is one lady at the front desk that is nice, hence the #2 rating on staff insead of a #1.

I will not be taking any animal i ever have back to this location. Yes if you live in the hunters creek area it is convenient, however, convience will not bring your beloved animal back. I found the staff there to have very little knowledge in diagnosing a simple upper respitory infection in my cat and she paid with her life. They are also very high priced.

The staff at the front desk seemed to be distant. Couldnt remember who I was, even though I had been there at least 4 times in a matter of a couple weeks and had been going there off and on for over 8 years. Not very compasionate. I had to put my dog to sleep and after that I never heard from them....not even a card.

I have been coming to this vet for many years. The front staff is always very friendly and respectful of your visit, weather it is your annual apt. or if your loved pet is not feeling well. I have two favorite Dr's, Kirvin & Marino. Both of which I appreciate very much. They have both gone out of their way to make sure my pet and I had everything we needed in what ever the situation was. We have had to put both our dogs down within the last 9 months and you can believe that when it comes time to make an addition to the family with another dog, we will definately return to HCAH with Dr's Kirvin and Marino.

Like the vet's office very much. Very sweet with our puppy and now dog. Spent alot of time teaching my children how to take care of our puppy. Note: If you find one of the vet's that you like, just ask for them when you book your appointment. Our favorite is Dr.Marino. The Front Desk staff are very caring and helpful too.

Everytime you go in there it is a different doctor treating your pet. The doctors appear to fresh out of vet school and are just guessing at what is wrong with your pet. They are the only pet hospital in Hunters Creek, which makes their location very convenient for the residents. But I will not bring my pets back there for the sake of convenience. They are pretty expensive too. It took 3 doctors visits within the course of a week, for the third doctor that I saw there to diagnose my dog. I definitely think that we need some knowledgeable vets to open another animal hospital in Hunters Creek.
