I have been going to this clinic for almost 45 years. They were sold to VCA (Veterinary Clinics of America). I took my dog in for a routine geriatric exam - she was not examined properly. No blood tests were given, no follow up on a 14 year old dog. I asked if she could have high blood pressure or kidney issues. Nina Anderson was so busy selling services unrelated to the exam that she was never tested. She is now in stage 3 kidney failure due to negligence of two vets at the clinic. They do not return calls, foist off the responsibility on their corporate out-of-state owners who also do not respond. I was offered a flea comb for their negligence that they admitted. The regional manager Susan Zoebler, who practices in Florida called and told me how irresponsibly Buckhead Animal Clinic treated my dog. When I told her I expected a refund for services, she became hostile, talked in circles and kept asking me what I wanted after I stated what I wanted. Yesterday, she told me to sue VCA.
