	4/7/09	5	5	3	5	I have had friendly and profesional service every time we have visited. They diagnosed our puppy and then completly explained options and treatments. The only reason they did not get a perfect score is the very first visit (of about 6) we had to wait almost an hour to be seen.... and with a cat that hates kennels and a two yr old with you, it makes the time seem even slower.. But since then they have been alot more prompt.
