We boarded our 6 yr old lab there with instructions to mind her activity due to her surgically repaired knee. When we picked her up, she had torn the ACL in her other knee. There was a chance this would happen, BUT IT HAPPENED ON THEIR WATCH!!! No one remembers our instructions re: limiting her activity. After the fact, both a staff vet and the owner were very rude. We're out $2K for another surgery and our dog has to rehab for 6 mos.
