They told us $450. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving so we said OK. When we left the bill was $550+. And even then they were trying to get us to leave our dog and inflate bill to $900. Also, while waiting to pick up our dog we overheard staff trying to talk an elderly lady into having her dog's teeth cleaned. She explained she was on a fixed income, but the staff persisted that her dog should have the $350 cleaning. Then, the vet came out and asked the lady if she'd noticed her dog walking funny, and the lady said no. The vet said "Yes, she has a bad knee". I felt so bad for the poor lady. It was obvious she couldn't afford the things they were suggesting, but they continued to make her feel bad if she didn't elect to have the services provided. Sad, really sad. RID: 38691

I had a dog with a simple stomach upset that ended up costing me over $200. They wanted to spay my female dog and charge over $600!! You would have to take out a second mortgage just to afford the treatments! RID: 23585
