Great clinic, awesome staff. Always have done everything necessary for my dog without going over board. They also offer great extended hours, 7 days a week and always have someone there with pets. I've come in late at night and there is no late night emergecy fee!

Despite the negative reviews on other sites regarding this place I still brought my dog here, they kept taking my money, providing us with little to no answers and sliding hefty estimates across the table for treatments that would eventually lead my dog to her death. Well in them neglecting to run the necessary tests, the issue would have been caught and treated within 2-3 days....they had me wait almost two weeks and several estimates later (no straight answers) to send me to a specialist who found the problem within a couple of hours. My dog ended up not surviving what was at the beginning a simple fix. Several older posts of Ina Road doing the same exact thing to other clients. I went in for a simple vaccination and my dog was dead 2 weeks later. They didn't run any tests!

I have used Ina Road for years and appreciate the wonderful care they give my Shrpei. She has been really sick several times and wounded in a dog attacked and they have gone way overboard with her care. They have spoiled my cat so much when I board him there he thinks he owns the place. The whole staff is terrific.

I took my cat in for her nails. She was in great shape, active and responsive with no signs of any trauma. A blonde technician took her to the "back room" and wouldn't allow me to be present instead of using the patient room off the main lobby. My cat came out about 15 minutes later, traumatized with anterior bleeding in the right eye and very lethargic. I demanded to see the vet. Doc Nausely had been treating another animal so it took about 20 mins. A technician put a pressure cuff on my cats leg to check for blood pressure. Several minutes later we got a blood pressure. I was told my cat had hypertension the bleeding in the eye was from stress. Received anti-inflammatory drops for the eye trauma. My cat is still lethargic and missing that little spark and now blind in her right eye. 2nd time my cat has experienced some unusual trauma at this office "in the back room" in the past year. I think the technician injured my cat and covered it up. Won't go back!

While Vet Nausely saved the Mother and Grandmother of our cat family that was attempted to be killed by the primary vet (Acoma) and another emergency vet (vet specialty ctr)[story is under their name]in the end or at some point they were on the same path. Trying to force me to overdose the cat when blood pressure medicine was already causing fluid to get into her lungs. I stopped and she recovered, they were mad, as they were trying to give her diuretics on top of blood pressure medicine which would have been fatal. Continued to fail to assist with mouth ulcers causing her not to be able to eat or drink. Incompetent enema leaving her covered in fecal matter while giving her drug that is not to be given to cat in this state or age. It ultimately killed her in the end, while they chased me out to my car trying to force me to put her down. Second episode with granddaughter cat that was attacked in my front yard by a coyote. I was forced to take her there because it was the closest emergen
