Click to report rating    7/12/12   5     5     5     5   Great clinic, awesome staff. Always have done everything necessary for my dog without going over board. They also offer great extended hours, 7 days a week and always have someone there with pets. I've come in late at night and there is no late night emergecy fee! RID: 35600
Click to report rating    12/26/11   2     3     1     2   I took my cat in for her nails. She was in great shape, active and responsive with no signs of any trauma. A blonde technician took her to the "back room" and wouldn't allow me to be present instead of using the patient room off the main lobby. My cat came out about 15 minutes later, traumatized with anterior bleeding in the right eye and very lethargic. I demanded to see the vet. Doc Nausely had been treating another animal so it took about 20 mins. A technician put a pressure cuff on my cats leg to check for blood pressure. Several minutes later we got a blood pressure. I was told my cat had hypertension the bleeding in the eye was from stress. Received anti-inflammatory drops for the eye trauma. My cat is still lethargic and missing that little spark and now blind in her right eye. 2nd time my cat has experienced some unusual trauma at this office "in the back room" in the past year. I think the technician injured my cat and covered it up. Won't go back! RID: 30063
