Click to report rating    12/24/06   2     2     2     1   Unsanitary exam room, Dr. Colough very rough and rude. found bruises on my puppy they sedated him so I dont know why they had to be so rough and bruise him. They charged me for tests I did not want and asked for them not to run. Dr. Colough then left the room and when he had returned I told him again and he said let me check and left the room again. When he returned he told me it was too late they just started and that was that. So after paying 800 dollars and getting no diagnosis or solution to why my puppy was acting so lathargic and weak. They turned my pup into a scared and nervous puppy he is not the same friendly and confident pup. What happend? I am so upset! They really did a number on my puppy. Please do not take your loved ones there they might not return home the same. RID: 1444
Click to report rating    12/11/06   4     4     3     3   I went to see Dr.Clough with my 2 cats for a check-up. He was very friendly and handled them kindly, with a lot of patience. We had to make an appointment to get their teeth cleaned and he explained to me why they had to go under total anesthesia and reassured me because I was so stressed about it. That day, the vet tech called me as soon as my cats where in recovery so I didn't have to spend the day worrying about them. The negative about that place is that it was expensive, that even with an appointment, we had to wait a long time before seeing the vet and the vet assistant talked to my husband and I about the benefits of declawing and that's an outrage! Declawing is totaly against my ethics and I think it was really stupid of him to say what he said because, because of that, I will not go back there with my cats and will tell everybody I know to stay away from that place.
