We just found out that Dr. Stacy is being let go from the Animal Medical Center of Cumming due to a dispute over vacation time with the Owner - Dr. Mike McLaughlin. Not exactly sure what happened but Dr. Stacy has been the mainstay of this clinic for years and even more recently when the 3rd DVM at the Clinic resigned. We are going to miss Dr. Stacy. She was a kind, considerate, no-nonsense, well educated DVM that did the best possible job of getting to know her patients, their owners, and the conditions that provided more complete medical history. Be careful with this clinic now as a new DVM will have to be acquired, you will lose the knowledge of Dr. Stacy and your pet, and the owner can't manage the demand by himself. Good Luck Dr. Stacy in whatever your next endeavors are.
