Click to report rating    4/11/13   5     5     5     5   Both Vets are fantastic however I have been seeing Dr. Olson more due to when I schedule appointments. My family also has dogs and whenever any of us have an appointment she always asks how the other dogs are doing. Prices are fantastic - price is originally why I started to go here as I needed to get a dog spayed. Now all my friends and family go here because of how much I rant and rave about the place and they love it as well. RID: 41700
Click to report rating    12/7/11   5     5     5     5   Both Dr. Olson and Dr. Jenson have cared for our animals. They are professional and caring. Their rates are far more reasonable than you will find in the cities, as well. facilities are top shelf, and staff is really great, Fairly easy to get in, they are getting busier, so call for appts, can usually get us in within a day or two for non emergency work. Their new groomer is excellent also! RID: 29668
Click to report rating    12/11/06   4     5     5     3   Dr. Ball seems to recommend more services than necessary. Still monitoring, will post more reviews later. Dr. Ball recommended a lab test because it was "necessary", but when the test came back negative, she prescribed the anti-biotics anyway. I had argued when she recommended the tests because she seemed already convinced that the dog needed anti-biotics. Low and behold, negative test result, anti-biotics anyway. Out abour $40 dollars extra. She seems nice enough, but I think they have so few customers that extra lab tests get recommended more than necessary. We'll see. RID: 1244
