I would say that I would never take my dog back to this clinic. but oh wait I couldn't anyways because she is dead because of their awful care.

The staff did not check my dog's lab values before surgery, she was in kidney failure. she was in kidney failure they should no have performed surgery on her .they caused her needless suffering and it was awful seeing her suffer because of the huge error they made. we had a horrible experience and would never take any animal there for care.

I didn't think that the vet should have fake nails. I work in a hospital and we cannot have them because they harbor germs! I was irritated that you have to pay a fee to get a written prescription (to get my pets meds online). They are forcing you to get your meds from them. Didn't they get enough money from me with the visit and labs!

Took pup in for surgery, teeth cleaning and toe-nail clipping.Toe nails were not clipped, and they pulled a tooth at my cost without calling. I ended up with a large bill, then found out from another vet that the type of extraction they did was unnecessary, let alone doing it without permission, and expecting client to pay . I sat by the phone waiting for them to call me to tell me that it was all done, (as they requested) and I ended up calling them only to find they did this extra cost item at my dog's and my expense!Then not to have even done what I requested in the first place! Plus extra cost of meds. Rude staff couldn't even give me proper directions to get there. Won't go back.

The staff from reception through vets are top notch. Flexible scheduling and very reasonable rates.

Very affordable clinic, nice demeanor of the doctors. They also were extremely timely, the couple times I was there I didn't have to wait long. Only qualm I have is one of the receptionists is kind of grumpy, and the doctors after the surgery, never called to check up on my dog as vets usually do. But other than that the surgery went well and was very inexpensive in comparison to other clinics.

all our pets have been there for the last 10 years. the vet's are all the best. they also have vacination clinic in spring very cheep!

Great staff, nice & clean, questions answered without any problems. They even saw my puppy for free a few days after his dew claw removal. (I was worried that he may have pulled out a stich and infected the paw.) Everyone in my family uses this vet and loves it!
