The kink in what could’ve been a good review comes from Dr. Arenas' office manager, Jordan, who was rude to me over the phone when I called to discuss extending medication for my cat. He was condescending and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else about her condition. He even refused to give me his name and went so far as to tell me that Dr. Arenas wouldn’t care if I reported his rudeness.
Well, he apparently was correct, as I’ve faxed and mailed two letters to Dr. Arenas about his office manager’s poor handling of the phone call and he hasn’t once tried to address this incident with me by either telephone or letter. I did, however, receive a reminder notice the following week that my cat was due for a follow-up visit. ???
The fact that Dr. Arenas would allow his staff to be less than courteous is a poor testimony to the service expected from his facility.
