Unfortunately, I spent my puppies first visit here. The only thing nice about this business is the actual facilities, which seem to be quite new and clean. The staff vet tech was less knowlegable than me, and the vet that examined my pup seemed more robot than human. She overran my questions, and was repetitive and seemingly uninterested. Their costs are high, and they seem to be prone to unnecessary services. As for Punctuality, I waited for 45 minutes past my morning appointment. I can honestly say, that I was so dissapointed, I called to say that I would not be returning. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
