I had an emergency with my cat..the attending doctor wasn't clear on the outcome. When I called her for a furthur explanation, she got very rude and then hung up on me...I called her back and she refused to speak with me. Dr. Giles was very rude and very unprofessional.

I have seen clients and employees crying in the front area. Dr. Giles can be very intimidating and in some cases downright rude.
