We were unhappy with our prior vet in Albany and were referred here by a friend for our new puppy. The receptionist greeted us as we came in and our wait was short before moving to an exam room. An assistant took our dog to the scale for weighing, then came back for a history. The Doctor then came in and did a complete exam add took time to play with our pup. Since we were new clients the doctor took us on a brief tour of the facility- something no other vet had ever done! About 6 weeks later our pup was sick so we called and they took us in that very day (though we did have to wait a bit to be fit in).

This vet spayed my dog and pulled 7 teeth after she knew she could not get my little girl under anesthetic. Numerous emergency vet visits and 3 weeks later the little girl is finally getting better. I would not let this vet cut my dogs toe nails in the future. I do have vet records to prove this

Prior to even becoming a client the vet returned my phone call & spent 20 min's on the phone answering my questions. The staff is friendly & the vet is great-knowledgeable, concerned & not pushy. I live in Guilderland & found that the 20 min drive is well worth it. Not only are their prices MUCH more reasonable than Albany area vets, the care is more than comparable!
