Even though I rated the staff a 1, this is relective of the veterinarian doctors and not the technicians who were pleasant and helpful. I rated the facility a 2, because it calls itself a hospital, yet it was lacking in some basic equipment that you would find in a pet hospital, and where some tests could not be performed adequately. Punctuality is rated a 1 because of extensive wait time. Monetary Value is rated a 1 because of paying over $1,000 with inconclusive results. Not Recommended. Anderson Mill Vet Clinic will do extensive tests, with NO conclusive results. If you have questions, you have to ask, but expect minimal answers, or they will refer you to specialists to ansswer your questions at additional costs. Long-term plan from the doctor to car for your pet is not offered freely, and they will NOT follow-up to check on your pet like other centers will. While it may be difficult to find the right vet, this clinic outdated and substandard. Recommend shopping around!

I've been going here for over 7 years. They are all great, but my favorite is Dr. Swanzy. Lani, Barb and Kim upfront are the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs, and I bring a lot through there (rescue), as well as my own animals.

I love this place. They made me feel good when my dog had an emergency. They let me stay with him all day while they worked on him.

Dr. Anderson is very caring and honest. She is a wonderful veterinarian. She takes great care of the animals she sees.
