I started with this clinic in 1998 and they were wonderful to deal with. Prices were reasonable the care and attention my pets got was personal and great. I stayed with the clinic after it was sold, carried my pets there, and adopted three kittens. One of the adopted kittens (I was told) was a neutered male and I paid the adoption fee for the kitten with the neutering and the record clearly shows that it was neutered. HE had two kittens last week and when I called the vet about this and she finally called me back, she told me to stop calling there and that she was not responsible for what people who were no longer there had told me when I adopted the kitten. I had changed vets about a year and a half ago because of what I felt were inflated pricing and after my conversation today realize I made the right choice in changing. Very disappointed in this attitude after my many years of being a client trusting them with my little animals.
