Love this vet clinic. They provide reasonable yet thorough services and will refer you if they feel they can't provide the best care (many vets will not). I've dealt mostly w/ Dr. Scroggs and Dr. Kimbrough - both of whom have been friendly and knowledgeable. I rated a 5 for punctuality...They do not schedule appointments for non-surgical visits - so punctuality wasn't entirely relevant. While there is usually a wait, I love that they still offer walk-in service. And the wait has never been long. I rated punctuality highly, because I believe that the clinic staff, doctors and support staff, do their very best to see patients promptly w/out sacrificing the quality of the visit. The facility received a 3 because it's a bit on the older side and a little small - but the staff more than make-up for the building.

We have been going to this clinic for years and love the staff. They can be very busy but we never feel like thay are shorting the animals at all. They also don't just jump right into expensive procedures without going through all options first. My favorite is Dr. Scroggs but the owner Dr. Sanders is very nice too as well as Dr. Kimbrough. I have a friend that drives all the way across town to go to them because every other vet she tried has been awful. Thanks a million to the staff for everything.
