I have been using this vet for over 15 years but after today's visit I have to find a new one. I took my boys in for their yearly checkup and vaccination. The vet injected them with a dangerous, experimental vaccine without telling me first. In fact they specifically did not mention it when they told me what they would be injecting my dogs with. Now I have to worry about long lasting and potentially fatal side effects. Be very careful if you choose to take a pet here. They will stop at nothing to pad the bill including dangerous injections. I did get a refund but the damage has already been done to my poor dogs. They lied through the entire visit. First with the deliberate ommision of what they injected my dogs with. Then they continued to lie to me about the necessity of the shot. How can you trust a vet that gambles with your pets life in order to make a few extra dollars. Shameful!

Bad experience. Vet performed many tests(some needed and some not needed) and charged exorbitant fees for each. The overall appearance of facility does not feel clean (fair at best). And ultimately I didn't feel I was getting the service that the bill would have / should have deserved. I mean, come on, the vet couldn't even remember my pets name when they returned to the room...!!?? How can they be so thorough and detail-oriented to warrant charging the fees that they do when they can't even remember who they are working on/with !!! I feel like what I paid for should have been top-notch service and facility, and I experienced neither. I will definately not be returning. Instead I will be visiting the posh puppy spa up the street that charges the same amount!
