Horrible customer service, vet does not even come back to go over tests and they are constantly trying to get you to buy things for your pet. I requested the owners info to speak to him about my experience and was ignored email after email by the manager. I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not take your pet here and that you find a more friendly environment where they actually treat you like they care about the well being of your animal. Trust me, you will regret your decision if you make an appointment here. I tried to resolve my bad experience with this place by contacting the owner personally, but his staff ignored me for over two weeks so I have decided to do reviews all over the internet in hopes that the owner can see what his clients are having to go through and how they are treated. When you walk in you will have to listen to the lady at the front desk on the phone ordering things while she ignores you for 10 minutes-Then complain to you about her experience when sh e hangsup
