I had an emergency and called in advance. The time was around 11:30am, my cat had injured herself and was bleeding badly. I asked if they could bill me and see my animal ASAP. Their response was the doctor was heading out for lunch at this time so there was no one available to see my pet. I ended up taking my pet to Creature Comforts Animal Hospital, who not only saw her right away but also didn't charge me for the basic exam needed before they could start treating the injury.

Excellent facility and care, can be costly as any clinic depending on situation. Conscientious veterinarians and staff. Doesn't have overnight care but affiliated with 24 hour emergency care facility. Up to date on products, services, care and equipment. Clinic is comfortable and clean. Helps with rescue groups.
