All they care about is money and constant two-week check ups. They pretend to love your animal but they just want as much money from each client as possible. It is like an assembly line for them. With over 35 people on staff in addition to six full-time vets, they need money. Period!

I would sue this place in a flash! Their negligence and incompetence almost cost my dog her life after she was taken in due to difficulty breathing and coughing up blood. The vet/staff staff gave us a list of tests ($500) and were rude to us when asked for a breakdown of the tests and their importance. I believe her comment was along the lines of "yeah pet care is very expensive so if you don't want to do these, we can just put her to sleep". What a ridiculous, insensitive statement! After doing all the tests, we took her home for the night only to find her conditioning worsening. Next morning, we rushed her to the Animal ER in McKinney and as soon as the vet there saw her, she instantly recognized the symptoms of rat poisoning. My dog had to get ALL the tests done again, get a Vit K shot, Plasma transfusion AND be kept overnight at the hospital and despite all that, the total bill for the ER was about $500. Contrast that to MAH's charge which resulted in nothing!

12 yo feline, in excellent health since birth, has taken ill. Took her in today. Explained symptoms to Office Manager (and cost concerns since I'm currently unemployed). Saw Dr. Vega (assisted by Gay Nell) both of whom I could not recommend more highly. They did not send me through the wringer, were knowledgeable, compassionate, and frank. Received meds, as requested. Will update status of kitty's health in a few days.
As an aside, if ever in the San Diego area I can highly recommend Aloha Animal Clinic located in Vista for both canine and feline companions.

We have seen Dr. Naye for both puppies that were welcomed into our home. She was so helpful, very honest, yet professional in the care that she administered to both puppies. We highly recommend her. The office staff is incredible - so friendly and kind and always willing to offer assistance.

After one visit w/ Dr. Bloomer, I noticed he seemed disassociated with his work. He seemed more interested in my life than why my animal was in the office. Next visit, I saw Dr. Nye and she was awesome, my dog recieved the highest level of care and concern from her. The boarding area ia a dump and the dogs go out 3 times a day but one for walk in a small yard that last minutes. There is a receptionist there, don't know her name but she should feel lucky they keep her and her lousy attitude/unkept appearance as the forefront of thier buisness.

Worked there and the doctors do an exceptional job with the animals. I do not know the price range in relation to other clinics, but did not hear anything in the way of them being unreasonable. I do know that they go above and beyond when it comes to making sure your animal is safe and cared for (ie. with surgeries, etc). All in all, when I have pets, they will be taken there for care.
