Vet here missed a clear break on the toe of my puppy. When another vet found it two days later, I called the clinic back. Vet called me to justify her actions and talk about how great she is. I heard the words "I'm sorry, but..." several times. I've never had a vet actually ask me what my problem is and then blame a bad x-ray on my dog. He's a puppy and he's injured. If you don't have good pictures, say that. Don't blame my dog, get made at me, and then criticize the vet that found the break. Terrible clinic and worst vet I've ever worked with.

These highly educated vets provide a much needed, quality emergency animal care but beyond that their regular practice cost and exorbitant pricing are way over the top. Sure they can do ultrasounds, xrays, in house blood work, etc. but they seem to promote the most expensive route of treatment or exploratory procedures first and then if nothing is definitive is found maybe prescribe a much cheaper medicinal fix. I'm literally talking thousands of dollars here when it could have been a hundred dollars in RXs. I'd recommend only using for absolute emergencies unless money is no object.

I had to make a tough decision to euthanize my 17 year old cat on a Sat., and the vet there was very compassionate and kind to both me and my beloved kitty. When I was adopted by another cat I knew I wanted to take him there for his care. It is a 30 minute drive from my home, and there are vets closer, but the care we received there is OUTSTANDING and well worth the drive at any hour of the day or night. They honoured a free exam certificate from the Indy Humane Society for my new cat and spent (what I would consider) a lot of time with us as my new cat struggled with an upper respiratory condition just a few days after coming to live with us. Because my cat had breathing problems just twelve hours after his exam and we had to take him back to the vet for some supportive care, we were not charged the additional fee for that visit - bless them! I cannot speak highly enough of this facility.

AMAZING care for my shelter dog Lucy. She had multiple surgeries and they were always GREAT about working her in at the last minute and were INCREDIBLE with their hearts and affordable pricing. They've even offered services at a discount (and even for free) for certain instances. It's nice to see a vet that is looking out for the community over their own profits. They are well worth the drive! (I make the haul from Indianapolis and am confident that I cannot find better service anywhere)
