My dog Max walked in to get his teeth cleaned and walked out with a spun out of control infection (which was caused by the procedure) after paying almost $1000. Now he is dead!
Max had 1 (one) loose tooth when I brought him in. Dr. T. however pulled 12 teeth without getting back to me asking, if this ok. Pulling more teeth means more money for her, which is the reason why she pulled that many teeth.
Very obviously something went wrong during the procedure. Max developed a massive mass on his neck directly after the procedure. No antibiotics and steroids helped.
She later on did an ultrasound on his neck. She said: "I don't know what this mass is. I can't even tell you if this is the lymph node." This is pure incompetence!
It is clear that something really bad went wrong. A vet at another clinic was shocked over the amount of teeth that were pulled and that I wasn't contacted before they destroyed his mouth and his life.

Our last stay (10 days) here was a disaster. After we picked up our dogs (2 Boston Terriers) we found that one had acquired a definite fear of anyone wearing black pants and this includes US! He wouldn't respond to us at all and cowered away in fear. When we changed the pants, everything was fine. I can only assume that he was severely abused by someone at this facility wearing black pants. Phone calls to the owner of the facility were diverted to someone lower down the food chain. He obviously has no interest in customer satisfaction. Being unable to contact the owner, who hopefully has the power to correct this situation leaves us no alternative than to rate this company UNACCEPTABLE and recommend that you find alternative pet care.
