The staff is friendly, but rather disorganized. Cost is way too high, and they are constantly calling me, unsolicited, to try to talk me into having a procedure done. When I board my dog there, inevitably I receive a call while I'm traveling suggesting some veterinary procedure.

We had used this vet in the past for a hamster, and more recently for kittens. The only reason we do not go here anymore is because we moved out of state. All of the staff are very friendly. They are very thorough with exams and immunizations. We even boarded our kittens here for a weekend and had no problems at all. They are really accommodating and friendly. I do not know how much other vets charge, so I cannot comment on cost. I would highly recommend this vet.

I really like the staff here because they are great with our dog. SHe is very weary of new people and for some reason gets along great when we go here. However, it is VERY expensive and I can always expect my bill, even for routine booster shots to be well into the $300 range for my cat and dog.

All in all I did not like this vet office. We took our dog twice and each time she rang up atleast a $230 bill. It was not just the expensive care but I felt slighted a couple times. Ex; "Do you want us too show you how to clean her ears?" turned into a $18 ear bill. Both times I was there as well I noticed other people exclaim about the bill. Ex; getting 2 dogs and 1 cat up to date on yearly vaccines rang an elderly woman to $700. Nontheless I am searching for another vet.
