They are on the expensive side, but if you have a very sick animal, you want him in Dr. Head's capable hands. Our animals have chronic medical issues, and Dr. Head and his staff have been excellent at keeping the problems under control. Nice folks, too.

They are fantastic if you never cancel or reschedule an appt. Since I am so ill, I cannot always make an appointment, esp if I get unexpectedly worse the day of an appt. Even if I get others (like spouse or friend) to take pet in, they have to 'drop off' and go back for appt. So once you are marked, everyone you use is marked, too. So unfair to penalize disabled people & their pets.
