My dog was brought here for observation after a bite incident. He went in looking to be in good health. On his 3 day there out of 10 I called to see how he was and was told that he was fine. The night before he was due to be collected I received a call stating that he had a skin and ear infection, they asked if I would like them to treat that? I was suspicious so declined their offer. The vets were adamant he had it when he arrived but when I asked why I wasn’t notified or why they waited until tue night before to treat him, the best answer that I could get was “he was here for a bite observation “. I followed up with an email and was contacted 3 days later and spoke to an unhelpful front desk person first and then a defensive and rude vet. They both used the phrase “it is what it is” repeatedly. In the end the claim they did treat him but and reluctantly admitted they had failings in their communication. This only came after accusing me of leaving “nasty” emails and reviews.

I am a physician who has com to this clinic several times. I understand how patients and families should be treated, especially by staff on first encounters. I considered the receptionist to be lacking in basic courtesy. I called several times to schedule an appointment, always waited several minutes, was curtly told to hold. As several others, I also found the services to be rather pricey, and it seemed as if additional tests and medications were always required, though my pet has always been in excellent health before coming for a routine checkup. The veternarians, otherwise, were fine and courteous. It is the staff and the costs that have forced me to seek care elsewhere.

I would only recommend dr Zaidel. He has always been great . DR . Bombard is someone I won't see anymore considering my last experience with incomplete care that resulted in the death of my 8 month old cat. If I ever end up back there, I won't see her .

Went for routine vaccinations. Felt my pet wasn't feeling well prior and that I would mention it. They tested his temperature, he did have a small fever and they diagnosed diarrhea. Given this, they did not give him vaccinations and instead recommend a blood test ($63) which came back negative but as a precaution I better give him two types of meds ($58.87) and I better drop off another fecal sample. ($39.90). My routine visit got bumped up to a 'sick' visit and they charged $56 for that benefit. Like I said, I still have to go back for the vaccinations. None of those costs were explained too me until I checked out and received the invoice. Would not recommend.

Started going there from their beginning and have never been disappointed with service and professional treatment. Have had very negative treatment from other vets in area. We live an hour away and still consider the trip worth the effort.

I have been a client at this vet for many years now. I was a little disturbed by the previous comment about the office staff being "dimwitted". I have always found them helpful and attentive to my needs and those of my pets. They usually know the answers to my questions about pet care and if they do not then they are more than happy to ask the Doctor for the information. There are at least two receptionist at a time there and I have found that if I am put on hold there is a small wait time. The price of care is a little expensive but compared to other hospitals on the same scale I would say that they are favorable. Sometimes there is a wait for an appointment but I find that once the Dr. comes in I am allowed time for my questions and also do not feel as if I am being pressured to be in and out. I would recommend this hospital.

Veterinarians are excellent, value not bad compared to others in the area, but other staff besides the two doctors is so-so. I have been kept on hold when calling on more than one occasion, and another time completely forgotten about! Also have witnessed reception staff making obvious mistakes and seeming apparently dimwitted when it comes to pet care. Sorry, but overall my impression of this facility is that the higher-ups are well-informed but some other staff here needs more training.

Love the Hospital!! Great Friendly Staff! The doctors take their time to explain everything to you about your pet. My pets love going their too! Highly recommended!
