This vet {Dr. Rickleffs} has been investigated by the State of Iowa Veterinary Licensing Board and many complaints have been filed with them. She has been sued and had to pay monetary damages.She has sold outdated medicines that had white-out over the expiration date.She should not be allowed to continue to practice.She operates with unsterile instruments.People have come to pick up dogs from boarding and were told the dog had died and the body was already disposed of.One dog was an expensive highly trained hunting dog..another was a fancy apricot poodle. She is an evil person.

Don't take your bird here, they claim to be avian vets...but they don't know anything about birds....
