Dr. Liz at BVH has been all of our animals vet since she started practice in Boone having been our vet for years in Ames. We recently had to have our oldest lab Bob put to sleep, Dr. Liz was right there with us holding him and grieving with us. Best vet ever.

I have never been to such a poorly run facility.they were slow, unfriendly, and did not care about my time. I waited to see a doctor for more than an hour past my appointment time. Worst experience ever.
