Absolutely tried upselling us on unnecessary services on EVERY visit for three years. Finally, we found out that theyprice match internet med prices -- but stull tack on a corpeate $16 charge for dispensing meds. We will not go back unless the rest of the vets on the east side dry up and blow away. Staff is friendly unless you question charges.

Staff handed me my dog with **** all over her hind quarters after having surgery there. Doctors prescribed heart medicine in much too large a dose (per my current vet). Dog feeling much better now!
