Dr Marsh has been my vet for the last 18 years and she is wonderful. I have taken rabbits and dogs to her and received nothing but compassionate care. Vicki provides top notch veterinary care and when problems arose that were outside her scope of practice she gave me a list of the top specialists in the area. She has a way of putting your pet at ease. both my dogs couldn't wait to get out of the car and go in everytime I brought them to see her and they did not feel that way about other vets we saw. Vicki was one of the few vets that really knew how to treat rabbits. The staff are compassionate and helpful. Plus they have a free dog park.

My dogs former vet moved so we decided to go here because I heard good reviews... bad mistake! We've gone here a few times because I thought maybe they just made mistakes or were busy but everytime they're late, the staff aren't friendly, I usually don't get called back 90% of the time. My bill has had errors... they quote me one price over the phone but I go in and it's more. A couple different ppl told me several times my one dog needed shots... that I knew he had already had... finally they found his records in the back and saw I was right. Last time we went there, they made a mistakes in their meds so that was the final straw with why I decided to not go back. If one of them had something superficial but I was worried their other vet would talk to me or look at it but not charge if it wasn't anything, but this vet charges for everything. I won't take my dogs back.

I used this vet for my small exotic mammals. Although the vets I saw claimed to be knowledgeable and experienced with chinchillas and guinea pigs, they gave me a great deal of errant information. I recieved an incorrect type and amount of medication for my guinea pig, which took multiple visits to resolve, and I was charged for the additional medication. My chinchilla was misdiagnosed and subject to multiple visits and a costly and species-inappropriate procedure that nearly cost her life (a tooth was reshaped using forceps, rather than a dental drill). She survived only because I was able to educate myself with the support of the chinchilla community and an excellent exotics vet I drive 1.5 hours to visit. They also missed my new chinchilla's unexpected pregnancy 2 days before the birth. However, the staff is very friendly and the new facility is beautiful, and I can only comment on my experience of their small mammal care, not other animals.

The vets, vet techs and front desk staff are all fantastic - we've seen 3 of the vets and one vet tech and each of them was so wonderful to our puppy, made sure to explain everything to us in great detail (we are first-time dog owners) and they always call to follow up on the visits! We've been 100% satisfied with their services, and appreciate the Canine Coral dog park they maintain on the campus.

Is there any way to rate above 5? The staff and services at Animal Kingdom are fantastic! Very compassionate toward my rats, and very understanding as well. Prices are very reasonable, and the facilities are wonderful. Overall, the best vet experience I've ever had!

We have seen every vet in there between our dogs and reptiles. Everyone is nice as can be, and the additional services like grooming, kennels, pet supplies store, and dog park show how dedicated the Vets and staff are to people's pets. The only time I have ever had to wait excessively is when 2 emergencies came in. They are always willing to answer questions over the phone too! And when we had to put our dog down, I have never felt so supported, and that we had really exhausted all options. The Dr even got teary-eyed too. I will NEVER take my animals anywhere else!
