Money is not an issue for our family when it comes to taking care of our pet, and that's why we chose Park Grove in the first place. From the look of it, this clinic seemed like a top player in the game. Despite its spacious and new facilities, the service that this clinic provided me was terrible. First, the waiting time was long. Second, the vets (I've seen 3 different ones while going there) are not knowledgable. After wasting $300 + time for 2 visits, my puppy's leg infection was not completely cured. When I asked them what the cause was and how I could prevent it in the future, they weren't able to answer me. Then another time, they failed to figure out the reason why my puppy had fatigue and didn't want to eat/drink. After the 1st visit and fluid injection, my puppy came home getting no better and even felt painful the next day. For how expensive the cost was, I'm very very very disappointed in this clinic.

I am new to the area and my neighbor suggested this vet. I thought they were very friendly and I could tell they cared about taking care of my dog. There prices seem a little high but they truly take there time to make sure you understand everything and that all your questions have been answered. I found my vet!!

Not good in emergency situations if you do not have cash at the moment, they will not treat. I had to take my dog elsewhere for e-treatment. Top dollar charges for this state which is one of the highest in the nation also. In my opinion, this makes it hard for low income families to own pets and the state has too many animals that need placement in homes. Too bad as I have always taken my pets there and feel that was harsh treatment (or lack thereof) after almost 20 years of doing business. I am now looking for another vet.

All the vets at this facility are knowledgeable and friendly. The wait is sometimes a bit but I know they are taking their time to be thorough with someone elses pet just like they do with mine. We have had 5 different dogs see them and they have been responsive to all of our dogs different needs. They helped us solve the mystery of our Huskys' bowel issues and have supported us through deaths and adoptions. They follow-up when they say they will. They was saw us immediately when I came bursting in in the middle of the day with our dog in distress without even getting flustered, even though I was.I feel confident with them at the wheel and would reccommend them to anyone.

This is such a wonderful hospital to have nearby for our pets! We've seen most of the doctors at one time or another, and have been so impressed by their compassion and knowledge, and our dogs feel so comfotable with all the staff members. The facility is very nice too. Sometimes there can be a little wait for your appointment depending on the time of day, but we've never felt rushed in our own time with the doctors, so that makes up for it. They do such a good job. Highly recommended!!

Park Grove Pet Hospital is a very caring and compassionate clinic. Especially when I had to put my dog down. They were very caring through the whole procedure. Thank you so much for all your support.

I do not know what happened to Park Grove. It used to be wonderful. Now...The female vets and front desk people are rude and judgemental. Their prices are extreme. Their knowledge or lack of it on nutrition is unreal. Of course there are cats all over...they are the animal control for the area. Dr. Dan has lost control and patients. I would never recommend Park Grove Pet Hosp. to anyone.

Very friendly atmosphere. My dog received prompt attemtion and excellent treatmentwhen I brought him in to be examined for a health problem. You can really tell that they love their jobs and the animals that they care for are treated with upmost respect. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I received an estimate to get my dogs spayed and the high price was $200 less than it actually cost AND there were no complications!!! Not impressed with the staff or clinic - cats everywhere (Gross!) I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I went to them once and that was enough for me to change. I did not appreciate the degrading comments about my breed of cat or dog. I did not appreciate the waiting while the Dr. took care of an emergency and most certainly I did not appreciate the final bill! Sorry, but there are better clinics around

This place is the best clinic I've ever been to, I strongly reccomend them! The prices are a little more than other clinics I've been to but the way they took care of my sick little girl it was so worth it. The doctor and The nurses knew exactly what to do and they treated her like she was their own pet. I could truely feel how much they cared. And they always kept me informed of her status while she was hospitalized. I will never take any of my pets anywhere else. THANK YOU PARK GROVE!!

My puppy received the wrong vaccination at this vet, one that I did not want him to have, yet even though it was the vets mistake he gave the vaccine, he still charged me for it. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment, and my vet insulted my dog's breed because his were better. They also cost a lot more then average. They wanted over 250.00 to neuter my pup, he got neutered at a vet in oakdale for 175, including labwork and pain meds.

I was highly reccommended to Park Grove Pet Hospital by a very reputable maltese Breeder. It was the best advice I was ever given regarding my dog. The entire staff is WONDERFUL..... You talk to other pet owners in the office and we all have one thing in common...HAPPY WITH OUR VET. I have referred co-workers to Park Grove and so far THUMBS UP everyone is very satisfied with their experience. You are not rushed, the vet takes his time answering any question you might have in a manner that is easy to understand. There isn't an employee in that office that shouldn't be there..WONDERFUL..Please take my word for it. I have been to many vets and drive quite a ways to have my pets seen by the BEST !
