There is not enough room here for me to say all that I would like to say about Dr Hart so I will sum it up with just a few words. He is without a doubt the BEST there is !

This doctor does not care about animals. He is never in the office and when he is he is doesn't take the time to examine animals properly. He also said that he would take my sick puppy home with him and watch it. That never happened I was told that he died after dr hart did everything he could. Only later did I learn that my puppy died in the hospital in the middle of the night ALONE! if this doctor is going to lie to clients he should make sure all of his staff is on the same page! Do not take your animals here!

This vet started off as an affordable vet, who now if one of the priciest ones in the area. Dr Hart did surgery on one of my dogs without checking his heart, and the dog was dead not much later as the anesthesia just destroyed him. Dr Schnars was the vet working one day when my other dog was deathly ill. The office was still open, and I called there, and because I asked them to hold a check for only THREE DAYS, I was told that Dr Schnarz said she "would not do it." Thank God for me and my dog she did get treated elsewhere. The staff is rude, and although I have been using this vet for 6 years (no longer, tho), when i call with a question, they promise a call back, but it just never comes. I need to know if others have lost their pets due to Dr Hart misdiagnosing, or failing to check heart and lung fuction before sugery, etc.

excellent staff, both doctors have seen my labs and each time I was very pleased. Dr. hart is only call most nights and will meet you at the clinic for an emergency and Dr. schnars was willing to stay at the clinic at all hours of the night until my lab was able to go home. I will never take my dogs to another clinic.

Thank you to Dr.Hart & staff for saving my little tea cup chihuahua Gucci from pneumonia ,this makes the second time the intire staff had to stay late on my behalf yet I was still greeted at the door by friendly faces awaiting my arrival for an emergency ( my other time being an emergency c-section ). Dr.Hart was right there for me to hand my precious nearly lifeless Gucci to , and immediately took her for treatment , after a night of IV and meds I was able to pick Gucci up the very next day at noon time and bring her home with her medicines , she had so much energy after over night treatment I couldn't believe such a miracle.I wouldn't blink an eye at placing any animal I owned in their care , everyone here is wonderful and a very modest bill included.

I lost my dog almost 2 years ago due to what I think was mismanaging of 7 meds for a 20lbs dog. After consulting 2 other vets, I was told they would have handled it differently and not with so much meds. Once you lose a trust in your vet, it's time to go elsewhere. I am very happy to have found a great vet's office with 4 wonderul vets that's worth traveling 30 minutes to see.

Seems a reputable rescue would have vets standing in line to treat their animals. It's the good vets that see posers coming a mile away. If you were a rescue and cared about those poor animals you mention, you would not have to beg forgiveness and services.
Dr Hart is the best veterinarian in the area and its most likely you know that and use tactics like this to show your disappointment that he is smart enough to decline your business for his own valid reasons. Its because he does care so much that he doesnt waste his time and knowledge on those who don't have the animals best interest at heart.
I promise anyone who is reading, there are more people than this site could handle who would rate Dr Hart as the best of the best. And those of you who took advantage of that know its true.
Cut your losses and learn."Rescue" does have an actual definition...look it up and review...He would never turn an animal away, quite the opposite.Seems its the person that he turned away, not the animal

So here it is. GREAT staff. good with the animals but very strange Vet. He has refused rescues medical care. I run a rescue operation that is sponsored by the Animal Planet (channel 44) I was using him for a couple years and out of the blue he text messages me "Find another Dr." so I try to contact him and he's too much of a coward to speak to me. Mean while I have a blind dog that might have kidney failure. A puppy mauled by a wild animal and a few other charity cases I took on that need the medical attention that he refused to take care of. But yet he still accepts the underground dog fighting rings such as people I won't mention. So where does his ethics lie??? Where did the compassionate man I once knew go to and who took over this ignorant selfish coward of a guy? Where's Roger? or did he just care about the money and was sick of helping the homeless animals in need?? please tell me because I would like to know what was the reason he dumped and turned his back on an animal rescue?
