A foster cat I was caring for got FIP and had to be euthanized. The staff were so compassionate; the facilities were the best I've seen in my 16 years of being a pet owner (and a short stint as a veterinary receptionist). I would take the rest of my cats here, but it's just a little far from my home. I highly recommend the staff and clinic.

I had to write a review to warn others about this awful veterinary clinic. I ignored it when they made an appointment and neglected to inform me that the offices had moved. (With no car, I walked a mile with my cat in a box before seeing an empty building.) I ignored it when nobody in the entire place pronounced my animal's simple, two-syllable name correctly despite my repeated, increasingly flustered corrections. But I could not ignore it when my animal returned from a teeth cleaning literally covered in blood. For a teeth cleaning the animal has to be anesthetized (put under). The staff, stating that she was "too fussy," refused to treat my animal after an IV had been withdrawn incorrectly -- showering my poor pet with her own blood. When I saw her locked in a cage and ignored she looked so pathetic and in pain that I seriously almost cried, except that I was too angry. Please, for the sake of your pet's health -- AVOID this heartless veterinary clinic at all costs!
